Adam is celebrating 25 years in practice as a Rolfer. He is a Certified Advanced Rolfer and faculty member at The Dr. Ida Rolf Institute in Boulder, CO. Adam also draws on his long career as an exercise physiologist and competitive endurance athlete. He understands the active lifestyle and finds great satisfaction in helping people to live more easily and happily in their physical bodies. In late 2025 Adam will complete a training through the London College of Animal Osteopathy and will bring his skills to helping dogs life a long and healthy life. He lives in the Boulder foothills with his two Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, Shabba and Delilah.
